7. Subscription Plans and Payments

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan (plus applicable taxes),
• Maintain valid billing information,
• Comply with the terms of your selected payment method.

Billing Terms:

• Plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date,
• You may cancel your subscription via your account settings or by contacting support,
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or under our refund policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in our Services (including code, models, designs, logos, and documentation) is owned by or licensed to Aura AI Solutions.

You May Not:

You agree not to disclose any non-public technical, commercial, or operational information about Aura AI Solutions shared with you during service provision.

The Services may integrate or interact with third-party tools (e.g., OpenAI, Google Cloud, Zapier). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their performance, availability, or legal compliance.
